CALLING ALL FILMMAKERS!!!
VC FILMFEST: The Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival is currently seeking film and video productions for its Twenty-Second Edition, set for May 4 through 11, 2006 and presented by Visual Communications, the nation’s premier Asian Pacific American media arts center. Productions for consideration include features and shorts in the following categories: dramatic/narrative, documentaries, experimental works and animation/graphic films; and 1-channel video works in all genres. 16mm, and 35mm entries (film); and NTSC-format works (video) by Asian Pacific American and Asian international producers with themes involving, but NOT limited to, Asian Pacific culture, history and experiences are welcome and encouraged.

EARLY DEADLINE: postmarked by November 14, 2005
Processing Fee: $20 U.S. (domestic and international)

Final deadline: postmarked by December 16, 2005.
Processing Fee: $35.00 U.S. (domestic and international)

Preview Formats: 1/2" VHS format (NTSC or PAL); or DVD (region One).

Notification of selection will be announced in mid-March 2006. A self-addressed stamped mailer is required for return of preview tapes. Entry materials are available by contacting:
