RSVP with Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP) and Asian Pacific American Leadership Program (APALP) launches Civic Leadership Institute to raise the profile of APAs in public debates across teh state and to supply specialized training adn mentoring to develop viable APA leaders who could potentially respresent their community in elected office.
