MOUNTAIN PATROL: KEKEXILI is a critically acclaimed film that captured the true events surrounding the atrocious illegal Tiebtan antelope poaching movement in the region of Kekexili, the current largest animal reserve in China.

Winner of Taiwan’s 2004 Golden Horse Award and a official selection of the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, MOUNTAIN PATROL: KEKEXILI opens in Los Angeles on Friday April 14th, 2006; San Francisco on April 21st, 2006.

Set in a dauntingly-beautiful backdrop of the Tibetan desert, Chinese Director Lu Chuan (The Missing Gun) paints a tragic tale of a group of local Tibetan men who face death and starvation while trying to preserve the endangered animals from ruthless hunters.

In reality, MOUNTAIN PATROL:KEKEXILI is a film about human’s struggle to find their own identity this great circle of life. In addition, MOUNTAIN PATROL: KEKEXILI’s message of preserving endangered species as caught the attention of National Geographic, who signed on as one of the film distribution company!
